The cost for any of those hotels by meter taxi will cost about 200 baht in addition you will pay the taxi driver a 50 baht airport fee (rip off but remember this is Thailand). You will also pay for the expressway tolls which will be two tolls totaling 65 baht (one toll is 25 baht and the second is 40 baht). So be sure at the airport to get some one hundred and some twenty baht notes. Taxi drivers seem to never have change. Only tip recommended is up to the next 20 baht. And don’t listen to those guys inside the airport offering you a taxi, these guys will charge twice the price and will have no meter.
p.s flyover why not just answer the question, and not use it to dispute my opinion on the airport fee.
All of the hotels you mentioned are in the Pratunam area (Petchaburi Road) of Bangkok. This area is about 30 kilometers from the airport. The fare would be between 250 to 300 Baht. The taxi driver might ask if you prefer to pass through the tollway (to avoid going through the normal traffic), in which case you have to pay an additional 30 Baht toll-fee.
From the airport you will probably pay around 320 baht to 390 baht. Depending on traffic. This is for the meter taxi and not the other private transportation services.
There are a couple taxi sign up desks, outside the arrivals hall, near the curb. You tell the desk person where you want to go (have a good address not just a hotel name!) The desk clerk will tell the driver and give you a receipt. You want the driver to use the meter and not bargain the ride to make the fare cheaper. Figure on at least two tolls, coming to around 65 baht plus you also pay a 50 baht surcharge (airport only!) The driver may ask for the toll money during the ride - this is okay - prices are clearly marked on the sign at the toll booth.
Have small bills available when you change your money over or the driver will not give you any change back. So, that is meter fare plus 50 baht surcharge payable at the hotel. Fare is for everyone you can put into the taxi - not per person!
When you leave the customs area at the airport you will be surrounded by touts offering rides into town - avoid them unless you want to pay a lot for the ride. Use the meter taxi!

as “Khun Bob” (and others) mention, yes, there is a 50 baht airport fee. But what is the “rip off” about this? Most major airports in the world charge an airport fee for taxis, and it is usually significantly more than US$1.50.
It depends on traffic condition. However, you don’t need to make a bargain as all cabs from Suwannapoomi Airport are equipted with metersstarting price is baht 35.
Going to those three points should not go above baht 200 in normal traffic with taxi meter.
I would have to agree with Wariya. The taxi ride should not cost more than 200 baht in good traffic plus tolls. During the evening rush hour it could cost you more than 500 baht. My friend landed around 6 pm and it took him 1.5 hours to get to his hotel. Which is only a 25-35 minute ride in good traffic. And remember the 50 baht airport fee.
Make sure he turns on the meter.
All those hotels are downtown and if he offers 200 baht or 225 baht flat without airport fee. You may or may not give a tip then. You kinda play with it.
Keep in mind the exchange rate is 30+ baht per USD. You are only talking about pocket change.

From the new airport it will be about 300thb plus high way (approximately 80thb) and then 50thb extra airport charge.
Don’t fall for the maffia outside asking you if you need taxi and says that they have the same price as the normal taxis.
The maffia is supported by the airport athority and it is a shame for the country that the first thing tourists will meet are maffia taking advantage of unknowingly tourists.
