its me again, who will honeymoon in bangkok and puket, so I should not bring coats, jackets and long sleeves with me? so its safe to take only shorts and short skirts and a bikini? I really wanna double check on the weather since its december and where I come from its cold that time of the year. Im also going to kuala lampour, is it the same or different?

I stayed in Thailand in January and March of 2004 and was in both Bangkok and Phuket. It was very warm, even at night, 80+ F (25+ C) and very humid. You won’t need a jacket at all. I haven’t been to Malaysia, but from what I hear, the weather shouldn’t be much different. Pack only warm clothes, and if by chance you need something warmer, you will be able to buy something very cheaply in Thailand or Malaysia.

i didnt think phuket was so great nor koh sumai i like hua hin better for beach and water,I didnt like any parts of malaysia
Be sure to stay at least on the 5th floor, and if the water on the beach all of a sudden goes out 1000 feet, RUN for higher ground.
