I have to buy 2 tickets from Bangkok to Hua Hin with reserved seats. Where can i do that ?
Only in the Railway Station or also elsewhere ? Have I to pay additional fees ? Thank you ?

The answers given above me are correct, but I like to add I did this once too and never again. It took like 4 to 5 hours to get there. Bus takes 2 and half hours. The train had to stop 4 or 5 times to let other trains past and you had to wait for periods of 20 to 30 minutes.
You can get them at any rail station.
The service is EXTREMELY slow, but cheap.
