What’s There To Do In Bangkok During The Rains?
I leave for Bangkok in the next 4 days. After debating with myself, i finally decided to go- monsoon or no monsoon.
Id like if someone told me what Bangkoks like (for a tourist) this time of the year. I know the rains wont dampen my shopping plans, but id like to know is- whats there to do in Bangkok this time of the year besides shopping???
Also- we plan to spend just 3 days in Bangkok, the balance 7 days we want to go to a few islands (Ko Samui & Phi Phi) Is it raining on these islands too?? Will the beaches be open???

Hi Riya… please dont worry about the rains.. because its not raining now… and just in case if its raining you can shop at BigC, Pantip plaza, Indira market (Prathunam Market).. MBK, Lotus etc.. You can also visit the Safari Park its deal for a day with lots of fun… if you can spend a night do visit coral island at Pattaya, you can also visit Ripley’s Museum there… Ko Samui and Phi Phi is open… the rains have stopped… I was there last week.. so chill
you can walk in the rain and get wet.
and by the way, koh samui and phi phi, are at all not close to each other.
