No its too small. You would have to land in Bangkok and go to the other airport also. International flights land at the new one. Domestic at the old one. Air Asia or NOK might fly there. But you’d be better off getting a taxi from BKK to Hua Hin. Probable cost around 2,000 baht. You could cut this if you go outside to top level where the METER TAXIs are. You might barter a better deal. I’m betting you won’t worry about the savings and just follow someone with a sign. They will find you as soon as you exit the airport. HAHA. I promise. UP TO YOU.
