How To Keep My Minutes With A Bangkok Iphone And 1-2-call?
I have an iPhone in Bangkok, but my 100 THB 1-2-Call cards run out of time without my making any calls.
I’ve turned off location services, auto-email, and am not using web browsers. Are there other iPhone services that could be draining my minutes? Anyone else have a solution to this problem?

Every time you add minutes to your phone, you will get an Email back telling you how many minutes you have and how long they are good for.
When the time runs out, you lose the minutes you have remaining. The only way to save them is to add new minutes before the expiration date.
Why don’t you stop by as AIS store or office and ask them. I don’t have an iPhone but do use 1-2-Call with a smartphone and have never had my minutes drained without my knowledge. There’s an AIS store with good customer service in the Central World Plaza Mall that should be able to help you or try calling customer service at 1175, maybe they can tell you why your minutes are being used. http://www.12call.ais.co.th/en/Content/C…
