The best and the cheapest, Muang Phol hotel near the MBK and National Stadium commuter station. Only 700 baht per day for standard double bed room with TV 29inches, tab bath, karaoke, restaurant and very near from many shopping complex like MBK, SIAM PARAGON, ETC…! The rest is range from 700-2200 baht.

It’s not just a good hotel in Bangkok, it’s one of the best hotels anywhere in the world. It was ranked the best hotel in the world a few years ago by Travel and Leisure Magazine and is still consistently rated among the top ten hotels in the world. I live in Bangkok and have no need to stay in hotels, but a couple of friends who have stayed there have said it’s the best hotel they’ve ever stayed in. The Peninsula and the Oriental are considered by many to be the top two hotels in Bangkok.

dont forget to walk the dog

I’ve used these websites before and find that for certain hotels one site may be better than another and for other hotels a different website may be bettter. I’ve had good luck with all of these sites and have never had any bad experiences other than rooms not being available. Good luck.http://bangkok.sawadee.com/http://www.hoteltravel.com/thailand/bang…http://www.agoda.com/asia/thailand.htmlhttp://www.asiawebdirect.com/index.htmhttp://www.asiarooms.com/thailand/bangko…

Usually when travelling, you do not want to carry valuables with you. Only necessities.
If you need to keep valuables, then hotels will be your option. These will have either in-room safe or reception safe-boxes. Of course, you need to conceal your valuables where possible to prevent tempting anyone.
You can go to www.asiarooms.com for some deals on hotel stay in Thailand, and with net booking, you can get a discount too. Have a go and enjoy your holiday. Try not to carry too much valuables that you need to worry while on holiday. You should enjoy while on holiday.
And in general, the Thais are not all thieves like some people would tell you. Those who stole are few. I had mistakenly left my gold chain in my room and the cleaning staff put it away on my table properly. And it is not a small gold chain. So, do not worry that they will go all out to steal your stuff. Then again, don’t tempt people openly.

is it good or bad
I’m looking for luxery hotel in pattaya with privet beach

I’ve always had the best luck with travel agents.

It’s called the Novotel Suvarnabhumi, the website is : http://www.novotel.com/novotel/fichehote…

Most of the time there are only a limited number of rooms available on those websites you mentioned at the discounted prices they quote. You most likely will be able to book a room directly with the hotel. You may have to pay a little more, but these days tourism is way down in Thailand and many hotels are offering special offers and promotions on their websites. Give it a try and see what you come up with. Good luck.

Health Club, Spa, and guest friendly.

when i was in the usa and going to Phuket I booked with the below web site. Now I live in Thailand and just call to book. You also may get a better rate by calling.

yep
Tubkaak or Nakamanda.
Both great and not to expensive by America or European standards.

Instant message or instant massage. I think there are a lot of hotels in Thailand where you can get instant massage, probably a lot more of those then ones that instant message. Ask for the happy ending.

A girlfriend of mine and I will be going to Thailand soon and specifically we’re looking at Bangkok (but we’re not limited to that area). We’re into the nightlife (dance clubs, restaurants, and bars, and could enjoy some touristy stuff during the day) and am looking for an area with a good clean vibe. (It would be nice to throw in some beach time, but I’m thinking my time might be too short for it)
Because we’re both single girls (in our late 20′s, early 30′s), we’d like to venture out to spots which would have decent looking straight men with a good mix with the crowds. In addition I’ll only be staying there for a week or a little bit more and will be looking at staying in a hotel. I did see a lot of 4 star hotels around but am wondering if anybody would have any first hand recommendations. Also, should we rent a car when we get there, or should we just use public transporation?
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
(Thailand is not my first choice as a destination for this type of trip, but we’re accompanying her parents there so they can take care of some business there. Her parents will of course be off and doing their own thing)

Bangkok: The Oriental
Phuket: The Amanpuri but unfortunately Banyan Tree was rated quite badly by many customers. Too expensive for “little” in return.

Hi, I’m looking for cheap hotel or may be guest house in Chiang Mai near to night market, we are 2 women going to Chiang Mai to learn Thai massage at Loi Khorr road. we’re looking for medium room may be 2 bed in room. Would prefer recommendations from someone that have actually stayed there.

Not sure of the answer to this, however, all hotels in Thailand will let you leave a cash deposit at the counter if you do not have a credit card.
So if your total bill was going to be around $500 at check out time, you might be required to leave $250 at check in. When you check out, your $250 is subtracted from what you owe, then you pay the balance.
If you come to Thailand between May – end of September, is is the low season and you can find a room at any hotel without pre-booking.
Rates would be cheaper if you use a service specializing in asia, like www.asiarooms.com

going to Chiang Mai end of March, and looking for a nice, clean, reasonably priced place to stay, while visiting my daughter.

I’m going for two weeks and can’t decide whether to buy only two way plane tickets for 640 EUR or flight plus 3* hotel for 1000 EUR. Does anyone know what would be the change to get hotel locally without preregistration? What would be the cost? I don’t care about the stars, i believe hotel is mostly place to sleep, it’s so much to to do when there.

first hotel found in 2 petchburi road. Has one stayed here before? is it good? bad? any feedback? thanks

Take a metered taxi from the taxi stand just outside the area called the Meeting Point, ignore all the touts inside the terminal whose rates will be about double what a metered taxi costs. They recently changed the location of the taxi stand and you now have to walk on the same level almost all the way from where you exit the customs area to the other end of the terminal to the Meeting Point. Exit the door closest to the Meeting Point and there will be a desk near the curb that will arrange a taxi into the city for you. You do have to pay a 50 baht airport surcharge and any tollway fees along the way, to most hotels in Central Bangkok the total should be around 250-300 baht. Be sure you have some 100 baht notes with you, taxi drivers are (in)famous for telling you they don’t have change for the larger 500 and 1000 baht notes.

I am going to book hotels for my Thailand trip next month, I’ve found some reservation websites already, but their room rates are quite varied. I wonder should I just make booking with the one offering the lowest rates. Are there any other issues that should be taken into consideration.

I prefer to walk around the town rather than taking public transport; therefore, would really appreciate if anyone could recommend a hotel that is located at the centre of the town (near to almost everything)……….

I guess you can do lots and lots there. Been there twice myself. There’re lots of beaches in Phuket, and if I remember correctly, Patong is the beach where most Westerners go there to sunbaht topless. There’s one thing you can do. There’s a lots of cheap local goods shopping street. Seafoods are plenty and quite cheap, if you like eating. Otherwise, what called ‘Bar Beer’ are plenty with bar girls and everything else with it.
For me, a good book, good seafood dinner, and lots of rest.
