i agree with some of the answers here. Studies have shown that marriages to foreign women tend to work if you relocate to where the woman lives eg. near their family. Then they are more lightly to be stable emotionally. Otherwise go for it, obtain the spouse or even a student visa, then expect about 2 years of great times in bed out of her before a divorce.

That last mesg was a bit harsh my friend was in love with a thai girl he was sending her £20 a week when he was not there then he seen her phone the last time he was there and seen mesgs from other men paying money in he was gutted when he realised what was going on got the first flight there and left her with a jeep he bought her out there. Highly unlikely. You and she need to visit the visa section at the British Embassy in Bangkok and go through a series of interviews. The chances of her being granted a spouse visa are very very slim.

If she does get a visa enabling her to marry you, it does not give her the automatic right to live here.
Do some research.
Why go to all that trouble?Just hop on a plane and go and live with her.I’m sure she would sooner live where she is more comfortable than come to a strange country.

If so, yep, unfortunately she will. The entry clearance / visa/ officer will be asking her so many questions, she will have to prepare for all eventualities. They will know at the interview if your ralationship is genuine or not, then she will be granted accordingly ( or refused). But prepare to take time and get some rejection along the way.
