It also looks like if you apply for a short-term visa for up to 90 days is a so called „Schengen visa“ – it is valid for: Austria, France, Greece, Luxembourg, Portugal, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Belgium, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Norway (look at German embassy)
